Im a month late

Ok so I'm a month late and I have pcos I hate taking pregnancy test because I hate when I see I'm not and I get my hopes up for no reason well yesterday I was getting some sharp pains in my lower stomach and my side then when I went to the bathroom I was spotting for like two seconds though I haven't spotted since then so I'm really confused oh and I have been extremely tired and I have no energy at all is this signs of pregnancy or am I just wishful thinking
