Aquaphor is my go to now. I swear it like magic. My youngest is 4 months. I  let him sit for a few minutes with nothing on after I clean his bum during a change and then use the Aquaphor. The pediatrician has always told me anything with petroleum jelly in it is the best as it makes a barrier.

you want to use a thick diaper rash cream like boudreaux butt paste and have "naked baby time" between diaper changes for a few minutes to let it air dry. When my kids rash got this bad I would rinse them off in the sink with soft rag and just water (no wipes) because the wipes can agitate or burn on their sensitive skin.

Runny poop is pretty standard at that age. Have them do some naked playtime if you can. Lay out towels so they poop and pee on those and not your floors. My LO just got over a raging case of diaper rash after a week long case of diarrhea. Had to have her play naked in the pack and play so she didn’t pee all over the house. 
We used Desitin extra strength and some hydrocortisone cream and a prescription cream after a meeting with the doctor.

my daughters bottom looked like this before i would just spray a little of my breastmilk on it let it dry add some diaper rash cream and baby powder at every diaper change and it cleared it up pretty quickly (((hope this helps)))) good luck

We just went through this with our daughter, we use cloth wipes and diapers, the wipes are in a warm and super saturated so I made sure she was completely dry, put bacitracin on the “opened” areas per her doc, and either the Red tube of boudreuxs or triple paste on the Red areas, when she didn’t have the open sores anymore I put petroleum or coconut oil all over her butt.

A breastfed baby poops like that (my daughter did). However, it shouldn’t affect them that badly. Lanolin or petroleum cream are good. Perhaps the diapers and wipes you are using aren’t working for your baby?

Diaper rash cream and or coconut oil. I would call your pediatrician, that may need a prescription ointment. Baby should not be having that many poops and causing a rash like that. It's usually an indication of an intolerance to something you've eaten
