Constantly whines

Anyone else have a child that constantly whines?

My child turned two in August and ever since he has started whining 24/7.

Like it’s literally constant, he whines over everything and anything. He does it all day every day. I’m not understanding why, he was never like this until after his birthday, it’s driving me crazy though because it’s all I hear all the time. I mean I understand kids whine they’re just kids, but this is seriously from the time we wake up till the time we go to bed.
