Just Left Labor And Delivery Triage Because I Lost My Mucus Plug And Was Having A Few Contractions I Am 1Cm Dilated Dr Said She Can Feel Baby's Head and Sac 🤗🤗🤗 Got Some Iv Fluids To Slow Down My Contractions . now At Home Spotting Red . I Now Know This Is Normal I Freaked out After Using The Rest Room . Any One Else Dilated ?
