Love handle help!
I teach dance and have been slowly working on getting rid of those love handles. I would be totally comfy in my skin if those were gone! I feel like I am a normal size but those just make me look larger than I feel.
I would love to feel cute this time with my baby bump rather than feeling like a whale!
I do some mildly intense 30 min workouts every other day or so for my students but they aren't helping with those!
Anyone have any suggestions on how to safely work on those while pregnant?
