Exercise for those who are still sick...
So, 14weeks tomorrow and nausea is as strong as ever, all day. I’m also exhausted all. the. time. Do you guys push through these feelings to get in a walk, or movement or anything? Or have you mostly been giving in to the sickness and crashing on the couch?
I’m assuming it’s “good” to push through a little bit since everyone says exercise is so important, but I feel like I’m walking around the block during a stomach bug, which feels super counterintuitive, and hard. Push through anyway?
