Hip Pain
What do you guys do for your hip pain?! The pain is so unbearable and I only feel better in the tub but I can’t stay in the tub 24/7. It gets worse when I try to lay down for bed, specifically on my left side. I have the snoogle, don’t cross legs, walk, and stretch. Nothing helps!
