Can I be carrying twins?!

So I found out I was pregnant before my missed period......just felt like my husband had GOT ME ...if u know what I mean lol...went to the doctors after taking 3 positive test and my hormone levels were really high.....from what I read it could mean I'm having twins ....can anybody else help me on this???? I mean I know it won't be for sure until ultrasound confirms it, but deep down I feel that I am caring multiple ....I'm only 4wks and 5 days but my stomach has already started to get bigger, and my husband has all the morning and night sickness .."YAY FOR ME" lol ☺️🙌🏾
