Symptoms at 7dpo

My symptoms are:

Neasea

Bloating (a lot of it)

Cramps

Lower back pain

Clear watery discharge/CM

Diarrhea that turned into constipation

Loss of appetite

Extreme fatigue

My cycles are irregular. I did get positive OPKs on 10/28-29. All tests are negative so far.
