Confused....

So today I am officially four days late if I don’t start for my period. I have taken like six pregnancy tests and he even had a urine test done at the ER because I smashed my foot and figured there’s might be more accurate so I went ahead and did it while I was there and it was also negative. I’m not typically this late but I am and I’m also experiencing cramping so does that mean I’m probably going to start or is heavy cramping normal in the beginning of pregnancy? I’ve already had two children and one miscarriage and don’t remember ever having cramping in the very beginning but that was a long time ago LOL. What do y’all think?
