Already lost 37lbs time to lose 40 more 💪
So I started losing weight at 261lbs and got down to 221lbs in a month via cutting out wheat, dairy, soy, and sugar (still had cane sugar every now and then)... Then adding lots more fruits and veggies into my diet and healthy alternatives for protein, ect. I didn't exercise that month but I still lost a lot of weight. I took a break from healthy eating for about 6 months and I'm sitting at 223lbs today. I am ready to start losing again this time incorporating cardio 5 days a week plus strength training 3 days a week.. and I seriously need to focus on my water intake. I don't want to lose weight too fast because I really want my skin to be able to keep up. Anyway this is me now, I will probably be using this post to track my progress ect. Anyone else who wants to tag along can 😊😊


UPDATE 11-14-17: It's been a rough start to this on the exercise portion (gonna get on that) but my diet has been fairly consistent. So far I am down to 217.6 lbs. I mostly start my mornings with either an Arbonne protein shake or oatmeal 😊
