So confused!!!!

Ok so I am a week late for AF, have tons of symptoms and have has 6 positive dollar store tests and a faint first response. All digital have been negative, and all other tests also! I went in for a blood test today, negative...doc made an appointment for tomorrow and wants me to bring my blood test result so they can record it. I have 3 kids and I think I know how it feels to be pregnant....but almost all tests say nope!!! Has anyone else had this problem?? I am also rh negative, wondering if that messes with a blood test result :/ I hate this not knowing what my body is doing!!!!!
