Bleeding after orgasm but no intercourse?

So after I had some spotting last week from sex with my husband we just got each other off tonight without penetration. I went to the bathroom and wiped away some bright blood, no clots but I wiped 3 times and got some each time. Now it's 5 hours later I still have period like cramps and wiped away more brownish blood, still no clotting or heavy amount and only when I pee, not needing to wear a pad. The answers I found online vary and I can't call the doctors office till Monday.

I'm concerned I'm just 7 weeks and haven't even gotten in to the doctor yet they are making me wait til week 9 and it's my first pregnancy so I'm concerned. Anyone else have this experience?
