anxiety & procrastination
I’m having a really tough time with school lately. I suffer from anxiety and depression so whenever I need to do something, like studying or just homework, it’s really hard for me to go and do it. I try to escape it for as long as I can just to get even more anxious later.
I know the easiest way to deal with this would be just to go ahead and do what I have to do but I can’t. I feel so drained all the time and I spend the entire day(if not interrupted) in my bed.
Any idea how to solve this issue or just any tips that help you?
