evening primrose oil
questions 🙂 1st: how does it work when taken orally? I understand how it works when inserted but how does it work orally? 2nd: does it harm baby at all? 3rd: if it can be taken orally is inserting it necessary? I've read it could be messy. Tia! 🙂
