So throughout my pregnancy o was diagnosed with an incompetent cervix. So this put me at risk for preterm delivery. As precaution I was given progesterone injections every week. Up until 36 weeks and had a cervical cerclage placed at 21 weeks which was kept in and removed at 36 weeks. Following that procedure my baby was delivered 3 days later. At 36 and three days with no complications. We had a healthy baby boy 5 pounds 10 oz 20 inches long.
