can my uterus flip forward on its own?

so I was diagnosed with a retroverted uterus two years ago (I have also recently been diagnosed with endometriosis) most of my pain is always in my back but for past few days it has all been in my stomach. I barely have any discomfort in my back, which is very strange I also have a lot of pressure in my lower stomach. (I'm not constipated or pregnant either) I tried to Google this but all that would come up would be about your uterus flipping forward while pregnant
