Help! What are these weird marks?

Does anyone else have this? It's in the inside of both legs, it's not heat rash or anything. And I really don't think it's stretch marks bc it doesn't feel like them and some of them are squiggly. They arnt painful, no heat, and not lumped or textured in anyway. I just can't figure out what they are. I've noticed them a few weeks ago, currently 25 weeks. I wish I could describe them better but some of them are curved and branch off, like they don't look like stretch marks at all in real life. (Trust me I have plenty, these don't look anything like them.) it's almost like they are under the skin, rather than a part of it. I've only gained like 5 pounds throughout my pregnancy, and these showed up out of no where, not gradually.
