HELP! Won’t get off me!

My baby won’t get off me! I feel like he might not be getting enough to eat, because he constantly has to be on my boob. If he falls asleep and I put him down he immediately wakes up crying and wants back on. I’m going crazy and I’m not sure what to do! HELP!
