Anything with folic acid and dha. Those two are very vital for the development of the baby. Honestly the first pregnancy I took folic acid pills and then gummy flinstone vitamins. This time around I went with an actual prenatal. It’s at walmart and only like $11. It’s a bigger pill but it doesn’t taste like anything. I had bad nausea in the beginning of this pregnancy with smells and tastes. So, this was my winner! But as long as you have dha and folic acid you’ll be great 😁

I personally can't take any of the pills because they make me feel sick. I took 2 Flintstones chewable tablets a day, dr said it's fine. It's mainly the folic acid you need.

They all make me sick too, but I can stomach the one a day prenatal gummies the best. I take them at night so that I sleep through the way they make me feel! Just make sure they have folic acid and you should be fine!

My midwife told me folic acid until 12 weeks then swap to vitamin D. She basically said that prenatals are pumped with things you don't need unless you have a deficiency, just to get the price up. Both mine and my fiancé's families have had problems with fertility and birth abnormalities etc, and she still told me this. It's your preference though. I just went to boots and got one lot of folic acid and two lots of vitamin D for under £10 and unless a problem arises those will last my entire pregnancy.
