TTC for 8 months - having to get a hsyteroscopy

Hi ladies... I’m TTC for 8 months and I️ had some test done to make sure everything is fine. Turns out I️ have a polyp and 2 small cyst on my right ovary. Between my ultrasounds my ending lining thickened as well. The doctor says I’m going to need a hsyteroscopy d & c. I’m really nervous and worried. I’m hoping after this, I’ll be able to conceive. All of my blood work came back normal. Has anyone had successful getting pregnant after a hsyteroscopy?
