Hello,

I was diagnosed with an ectopic back in July that was treated with methotrexate. They never saw anything on ultrasound but based off my hcg levels and having left side pain they decided it was ectopic. (Which was later confirmed during an hsg test) I am currently 6 weeks 5 days pregnant. Just before 5 weeks I had an ultrasound because I was again having left side pain, during the ultrasound they found a gestational sac in my uterus but no yolk sac or fetal pole because I was so early. I am still having pain on that side. Did anyone have a gestational sac in the uterus but still have an ectopic pregnancy?
