HELP!! 23 weeks and haven't seen a doctor

I know this is very bad and I'm supe stressed about it, but for a large variety of reasons (working 70+ hours a week, traveling extensively for work, just today getting the paperwork saying I now have insurance) I haven't seen a doctor yet for prenatal care. I had an ultrasound at 10 weeks to confirm pregnancy and see the heartbeat, and I haven't seen a doctor again since. I've been into a clinic a couple times to make sure my blood pressure was normal, I take prenatal vitamins, exercise, track my weight and all my food intake, and I've always been a very healthy weight. I've been trying to do everything I can to take care of myself and my child until I got insurance coverage and made it back home from working.

I'm obviously trying to get an appointment ASAP now that I have insurance, but my concern is that I won't be able to get one. Some of the websites I've looked at for doctors in my area say they won't accept patients that are too far into their pregnancy and haven't received prenatal care. The websites don't say how far is too far.

I'm curious if anyone else has had an issue with this before and what I'm supposed to do if they won't see me because I'm too far along. Do I just have to go my entire pregnancy without prenatal care now because I'm too far along? I'm calling offices today, but I'm really concerned that they won't see me then I don't know what I'm supposed to do.
