Labs back for diagnosing PCOS

So I had labs drawn to see if I have PCOS and here are the following results.

LH: 13.0

FSH: 3.4

Prolactin: 23.1

A1c: 5.4

So the LH/FSH ratio seems high, 3.8:1

I see my doctor again next week to discuss results. Do these results seem like PCOS?
