question

my last period was August 29th to Sept 2nd. Normal flow. my next period was due 10/1 never came test after test all negative including 2 negative blood test had sore breast, bloating and back pain the entire month. On Friday 11/3 when I wiped there was a little bit of brown in my discharge put on a pad went about the rest of the night when I went to shower there was nothing on the pad. Went to bed woke up Saturday morning still nothing only light pink discharge when I wiped and then poof gone. (Sorry for the long story) I am super confused and hate that I am 36 years old and still don't understand my body has anyone gone through this??? I have been regular for over a year and have gotten pregnant naturally 4 times in the same year I have been regular (all miscarriages).
