HEART BURN AND CRAMPS😑 tww

Man I keep getting the worst off and on all day heartburn all week, I've never had this. I'm in my tww and I'm trying not to get my hopes up. I'm 3 days late and haven't tested yet. I have sore nipples that just started today it's so Annoying. And I keep having these slight cramps. I only get cramps on my period like it usually doesn't hit till after I've put in a tampon. I know these could be pms that's why I'm trying to wait and pay it no mind these symptoms are just unfamiliar. I'm just venting btw.
