TTC at 12 month mark

Hey ladies, I haven't posted anything yet but I'm starting to get a wee but frustrated and I feel like I have no one I can talk to who can relate since all my friends are clearly much more fertile than I. My husband and I are now on month 12 of trying to conceive. I am currently 20 days past my ovulation date and currently 7 days late for my period. I'm very regular but I have had 2 negative pregnancy tests. I appear to be getting thick cream to white coloured discharge. No real side effects other than over the last 2 weeks my anxiety has been worse like little mini panic attacks that are manageable. At this point I think I'm just getting in my head and desperately want to see a positive test result. What do you think? What more do you think I could be doing beside taking the next step to contact my family physician to talk about infertility? Thank you everyone for your help.
