5 dpo severe cramping pain

I had really bad cramps yesterday Nov 7th .. like unbearably bad. To the point where I was just crying sitting down in the shower, i couldn't roll over to my side or really stand up. I have no idea why it hurt so bad. and i have never been through labor but i honestly feel like thats what it would be compared to... anyone else every experience this? whats your story? was it bfp or bfn too?? It was the worst pain I've ever experienced and my period cramps usually are really bad.. anyone have any idea?
