Is this a good business idea ? Handmade pasta and made to order to bring back the old style way pasta should be made with a twist of crazy fresh flavors only made with fresh ingredients. And than dried for storage.

depends on how much you charge... I like homemade pasta but it's so much more convenient to just pick it up at the grocery store my life is to crazy to make a special pick up or purchase just for pasta... so you'd either have to deliver have some sort of incentive to make people go out of their way for a singular item... even of it is really good

Are you wanting to do this to sell to the public? Cuz you need a cottage foods license to do that legally. But ya, I’d buy it(if it was vegan)
