Is this rape....?

Okay so awhile ago I️ went with some friends to go to a get together kinda thing, well there was alcohol involved and I️ thought well fuck it, I️ don’t work tomorrow and I’ve been stressed as hell so I️ let loose and got pretty drunk (well to the point where I️ couldn’t remember anything) but I️ had my roommate with me and he kept an eye on me. Well there was this guy there that I️ went to middle school with and apparently he was all over me and I️ was all over him, I️ don’t really know what to believe anymore but moral of the story he ended up back at my house along with a couple of friends. He wasn’t drunk, I️ was and apparently we had sex, note I️ don’t remember any of this. I’m slowly remembering bits and pieces of it, people keep saying that I️ was asking for it and trying to get him to come in my room and everything. He was a virgin is what everybody was saying, is this considered rape even though I️ supposedly agreed to having sex with him while I️ was unconscious and have no clue remembering any of this??

If you were awake and asking for it I’d say no it is not rape, just poor judgment on his part (and yours). If he had sex with your passed out drunk unconscious body then yes I’d say that would be considered rape.

What are you trying my to accomplish? Do you feel violated? 
I’m absolutely against rape. If someone takes advantage of you while you are incoherent/intimidated, that’s rape. The way I read it,  you were pressuring him into it (he was a virgin), and you just don’t remember it clearly but others are hinting...then perhaps YOU were the predator here...? People assume if a woman is drunk she’s incoherent or submissive, but you may be very powerful. If a drunk man slept with a virgin woman, I’m sure he’d be called the rapist here...just pointing out the other perspective...

I️ say alcohol clouded your judgement and if you can’t remember if you said yes or no, then yes it is. Anybody in their right mind, boy or girl shouldn’t have sex while the other person isn’t sober or at least remember what’s going on

That's rape legally, even if you were trying to get him into your room. You were drunk and clearly don't remember you can't consent under the influence. Especially the fact that he wasn't drunk and knew what he was doing.

Legally, yes, this is rape as you were unable to consent due to alcohol. However, how do you feel about the situation? Do you feel like with a sober mind, you would have ever hooked up with this person? I ask because I was in a situation where I was drunk and with someone I would never consider hooking up with sober (a relative) and my actions were misconstrued to be flirtatious instead of just friendly. I felt very violated and knew deep down (even though I couldn't remember the situation) that this is something I would never consent to. At the end of the day, we know tons of people hook up while one or both are drunk. No, it's not right for a sober person to hook up with a drunk person, but it does happen, and sometimes those cases get classified as rape, sometimes as a mistake in judgement due to alcohol. Morally, you are allowed to decide how you feel about this. Do you feel violated? Do you feel like you were taken advantage of? Do you feel like the situation was manipulated in any way by any other party than yourself (this could be the male involved or any other person present leading up to it)? If you feel these things, then absolutely, and you have the right to feel that way. And if you feel these things, you have a decision to make about what you will do about it. Report it, talk to a counselor about it, hash it out with the guy, etc That's your choice. But if you don't feel these things, maybe just chalk it up as something that you regret happened (still not your fault it happened) and try to move on. . Since the guy was sober, I think it would be beneficial to talk to him about it if you are up to it. He needs to know that it wasn't okay, and should know how you feel about it.

the same thing happened to me I was with a group of girls and we went to a bar because we knew the bartender and every time I went to the bar you would give me like three to four shots and tell me to drink up! I got so drunk and blacked out I don't remember anything! the next thing I remember was sitting on a back patio at the bartender's house with all my friends around me and asking where we were! they all started laughing and saying that I seemed fine but I was completely blacked out. one of my friends pulled me aside and said dude you just have sex with a bartender! I was mortified I don't even remember any of it! and I've never been back to a bar since!!
