Why do I keep eating even when I’m full ?

It’s like I can’t stop and it’s really causing me to gain weight and I’m trying to lose weight it’s like once I start eating i can’t stop

It’s just in your head ( needing/wanting to eat) and could just be stress. Try going for a walk instead or chewing gum? Or chip a bunch of veggies and snack on them.

I get like that from time to time too.
But for me I just get really munchy. Are you on or near you period? If you are that could be why.
I would recommend drinking a lot of water and physically moving yourself somewhere else for a bit! Somewhere without food, for like 30 mins.
