To wash or not to wash?
I currently have the worst bout of thrush I've ever had. I've taken 2 oral treatments & 1 canesten pessary. I've also been applying canesten cream & using coconut oil to sooth. My question is, to wash or not to wash? I haven't been using any soaps, just lukewarm water but I'm wondering am I doing it too much - 3 or 4 times a day for a week now 😢 All of this came about after a dose of antibiotics. HELP!
