Boyfriend Issues

So my boyfriend and I have been dating for five years.About a year ago we got night shift jobs at the same place.Everything was going really great until about three months ago.He has a partner for his job that happens to be a female.She's 28 and married.We can call her "Katie".One day when we were off I fell asleep and he went over to Kate's house to work on our firestick.Well while he was over there the cops got called because her husband came home and tried to pull a gun on my boyfriend and broke "Katie's" jaw. (Katie's husband has been aggressive before)My boyfriend went up to see her at the hospital and her husband went to jail.I was worried when I got up that he had not came home and the cops had called my phone.When i called them back they told me what had happened and that they needed to talk to him.So I went to his favorite place and found him.He lied about the whole thing!He said he had been sleeping in his car the whole time.Only after I told him the police had called our home phone did he admit to what happened.So then about a month after Katie started the divorce process and to help ease her stress.Her co-workers including my boyfriend decide they would all go bowling on a Friday night.Well that Friday came and I fell asleep after work and he went to his Moms house for a while.Well I woke up around 2am and he wasn't home.I was super worried about him that he had fell asleep at the wheel or something because he had not slept all day.I looked everywhere for him.I called my mom crying because I was so scared he had went off the road.She helped me look and then ask me if I had looked at "Katies" house (she knew about the first incident).I drove by there and his car was there.I banged on the door ..no answer I made his car alarm go off.I looked in his car and he left his wallet and phone in the seat.I was about out of gas so I went and got gas when I came back his car was gone this was about 4am! I went back home and there he was laying in the bed.I flipped shit! I wanted him out of our apartment...he lied the first time and said he fell asleep in his car but then he said he was drinking so he didn't want to drive was his excuse and he said nothing happened between them.I text Katie and ask her if she knew where my boyfriend was and she said that she let him stay over there because he was drinking.But I don't believe that for a second. I feel so betrayed. I would of picked him up if he was drinking and he knows that but he didn't even call me. He started bawling saying he didn't do anything with her and that he wouldn't hurt me like that.Something just doesn't add up.I wanna trust him but it just feels wrong.And tonight he had his phone and I looked over to get the remote off the table and he jerked away and put his phone at his side like he was deleting something then I got mad cause I felt like he was hiding something.I ask if I could see his phone and he slung it at me.I just opened it and he had cleared all of his app history so I couldn't tell what app he was in.I feel like this is the third strict and I feel like we should break up and I should kick him out...am I over reacting?
