Which one should I go for?

I need to make a minimum of $2,000/monthly. I can live off of $1,800 including all bills and a little extra for fun. My question is: should I go for one full time job or two part time jobs?

Where I live it's incredibly hard to find a minimum wage job that's full time so I would be looking into secretarial/customer service work more than likely. If I looked into getting two part time jobs I could waitress. Someone just told me they made $150 in one night. However, I would want to work mornings so I would look for a breakfast place of some sort.

Now, any full time job that I would be able to find is likely more than $10/hourly, usually starting at around $15. Part time job could be $10/hourly and I would have to rely on tips. It would also be hard to get the schedule perfect and hope the jobs don't conflict. Again though, I like working in the mornings, preferring to be at work at 7:00am and off around 3:00pm if possible but no full time jobs are those hours except requesting them from part time jobs. What would you do?
