Help Me-Am I Pregnant? Could I Become Pregnant?

So I've tried posting this last night but it was late, and I got zero responses. I'm on tri-previfem which is a generic for Ortho Tri-Cyclen. Sometimes my pills are taken a few hours late or early if I know I'm going out, but it's not more than a few hours. I've never had spotting between periods in the 5/6 years I've been on this pill. Ever. I'm 20 now and I've been using it since I was 14. My last period was two weeks ago and I've had spotting the past couple of days. It's not much, but I've definitely noticed it. I've also had sore breasts, nausea, and a stuffed up nose. The other day I kept complaining that the house was unbearably hot. My mom felt my face and had me take my temperature. It was slightly higher than normal. Usually a perfect 98.6, it was 99.3. The next day my fever was gone. It was back to 98.6. Also, I use birth control as my sole protection against pregnancy. My fwb regularly cums inside of me. The point is all of these symptoms as well as the weird spotting I've never gotten before have me paranoid that my birth control isn't working like it should be. What do I do? What does this sound like to you?
