Sick for two weeks now? What could be going on?

I've been sick for two weeks and I can't stand it anymore. I normally get a cold 1x a year for a few days, this is the first time in my entire life I've ever been sick this long. The first week was flu like symptoms- body ache, chills, dry cough, fever, no appetite, etc, and I started to feel better over the weekend but bad again 3 days ago. Now I'm congested as could be, I keep getting nose bleeds, and I have to blow my nose all the time. I think my cough is getting a little better but not much. No fever and no sore throat. I don't know why I'm not getting better!! I was tested for mono and the flu last week, both were negative. 😭😭 I don't wanna feel like this anymore.
