Cramps that never happen

So I thought I started my period, but I have never had cramps before, on top of this I do have a two year old and this feels like contractions, I had two positive pregnancy tests about a month and a half ago but the doctor said they were false positives. Is there anyway I am having a miscarriage?? The blood is black and clumpy and I am crying I am in so much pain. Please help!!!
