So I went on a date with a man to go out to eat and he told me beforehand that his daughter was with him. He said that she's always with him because he has no one to watch her. I said it was fine since I was expecting for it to be a normal dinner date and I have a 1 year old myself. Well during the date his daughter woke up from her nap, unstrapped herself from her car seat and began walking all around the car and jumping everywhere. He acted like it was okay and normal even when we went onto the highway. The little girl is 2 years old. It continued throughout the whole night and I'm starting to feel sick as if I was a bystander to child neglect. It was also revealed to me on this date that he sells weed WITH his daughter in the car. Right before I asked him to drop me off he got a call and I heard him plan out a deal. Should I call cps? The little girl was just taken away from her mother 2 months ago and Id feel bad for putting her in the foster care system if this isn't a good reason to call.

Edit #2: I also just looked him up online and found out he has a murder charge. Great.
