Does this sound like implantation?

Okay ladies...

For the last week I have been getting dull pain (almost like having a constant stitch) on my right hand side. I have also been peeing a lot, constipated, tired and have an ache in my lower back. Does this sound like implantation?

I took a test this morning and got a BFN but my periods are irregular so I don’t know when I ovulated or even when my next period might show up.

My husband and I just hedged our bets by having sex every single day for the last six weeks. So here’s hoping it took! I’m a health nut so I’m either pregnant or sick and I don’t want to keep trying if it’s the latter.

Does anyone know?
