Sick😷HELP!!

I'm 5 weeks. I am so sick right now!! I have a stuffy head, stuffy/runny nose with a mild sore throat and a little cough. I've had this for about 4 days now. The stuffy head just started yesterday. I live in Japan and we are on a 96 right now. So all doctors offices will be closed Monday. The closes pharmacy is in the hospital. Which is on Camp Foster which is about a 25 to 30 minute drive for me. I need a quick fix now. I can't wait until Tuesday, I need relief NOW! Anyone get sick like this in early pregnancy? What OTC (over the counter) medicine can I take that won't harm the baby???
