AF no show

AF was due yesterday didn’t show. And today still no sign of her, husband keeps telling me to not get my hopes up and that he is expecting her to show. I need help with not getting my hopes up! We are trying for our rainbow and it’s so hard to not get my hopes up 😭😭😭
