so i found a dump on my bottom lip and it’s very very small doesn’t hurt not seeping or oozing. i sometimes in a great while get a cold sore on my lip and i haven’t forever, but i have my bf head today with this thing on my lip that i’m just guessing its herpes. what are the chances i gave his genital herpes??? god i’m so scared

Cold sores and genital herpes are 2 different strains. That being said it is possible to get genital herpes orally and vice versa.

Herpes and cold sores are absolutely the same thing.
PLEASE DO NOT LISTEN TO PEOPLE TELLING YOU DIFFERENT. 
Often times the cold sores you get in your mouth is herpes "one." It can definitely be transmitted to genitals. 
Herpes type "two" like the genitals more but can definitely be transmitted to the mouth.
There is no way for us to know what strain you have in your mouth currently; only the doctor could tell you that. Although it doesn't really matter what strain you have...
You could have spread it to him. Most likely you didn't, but yes it's a possibly. If I was you, I'd have him shower and rub coconut oil on his dick (it's an anti-viral/anti-bacterial) and try not to stress (lowers immune system) with that being said, there's no guarantee he won't get it.
Just try to be more cautious in the future.
