To circumcise or not to circumcise...?

So my husband and I are trying to decide what to do... With our generation, majority of guys are circumcised. I have to admit I’m partial to this “look”. So I thought that we would prob just do the same with our little guy when he arrives. However, I’ve been talking to friends about this and am learning that many have chosen not to circumcise. Seems to be the new norm... We are wondering about our boy potentiality looking different from his peers or his father... and what, if any, impact that may have on him. What’s the norm where you live? What are you deciding and why?
