You ever stay up so long you CANT go to sleep?

Hello. Sleep deprived here 👋🏻 
Had no choice but to stay awake, I barely slept at all last night and Now that i am able to lay down and relax, i can't. I physically feel tired but I cant relax. 
I know I'll crash eventually but I'd rather just sleep now and that's not happening ATM 
HELP?

I'm with you.   I slept last night well I guess he night before since it is now almost 4 am.   But was soooooo tired all day then took an hour nap on accident and have been wide awake since.   I have dinner in the crock pot and ready to go as it has to cook for 12 hours and needs to be started at 5.  I scheduled a text to send to hubby to turn that on.   I did dishes.  I finished prepping some squash to make baby food (getting ahead of the game).
