Would you go back?

I’m 16. I work at a pizza place with my mom. Since I’ve started there, my mom has become buddy buddy with one of the managers, who everybody knows is on drugs. I’ve found proof that my mother is on drugs again too. I even found a needle with drugs in it in the bathroom sink.

So last night, a friend I work with and i were up front answering phones and my manager (the one on drugs) started yelling at my friend to get on the make line. So my friend did it and once we weren’t busy anymore, I went back to help her with the orders on the screen. A man came in to place an order and my mom always likes to try and make me look dumb in front of customers so that if they decide to tip, SHE’LL get the money and not me. So she comes over and starts yelling at me about how I’m doing it wrong (which I wasn’t. Our computers are insanely simple. There’s little to no room for error) and started trying to press buttons on the screen. So I pushed her hand away and made her stop.

After that, she and our manager decided that my friend and i can’t work together anymore (when we’re the only two that ever do actually work) so i said okay. That’s fine. I won’t be working at all anymore. I’m done.

After this, my friend calmed me down and i was going to continue with my job until my mother and our manager sat outside in my moms car for 45 minutes smoking pot but couldn’t even give my friend and I (we’re both 16 working 8 hour shifts) a break and yelled at us when we tried.

I’m supposed to work today and now my mom is yelling at me for not going. Would you go back there?
