I didn’t get the ring I always dreamed of having...

Five months after the wedding but I finally got my wedding ring❤️ I was honestly kind of frustrated with this ring. It was absolutely everything that I knew I didn’t want.

I hated halos and the pear shape and the center diamond was nowhere near the carat weight I wanted. But, I put that ring on and I almost cried because it was so gorgeous. Every ring after that one just didn’t compare. My husband even kept asking if I was sure because he knew it went against everything I had told him I wanted for a ring. This ring is so much more than a piece of jewelry. It’s a perfect symbol of our relationship and our love for each other❤️
