First RE appointment

DH and I have our first RE appointment in exactly 30 days. I think I will be either CD1 or CD2. Do you think they will have us dive straight into fertility treatments? I ovulate and have no issues that have been found. We are dealing with MFI. DHs last SA was as follows: low count (15mil with 1.5 ml vol), motility (36%) and morphology (2%). Also, how are these numbers compared to what you’ve dealt with? We’re you successful naturally or did you need IUI/IVF? How many cycles?
