Luggage as bassinet??

I'm going to be on a short vacation at my cousins house with my 4 month old baby. It will be 6 days long. I'm trying to travel very light and am only planning on bringing a stroller and car seat, one check in and a backpack. I'm not bringing a pack and play. . While I'm at my cousins, I plan on co sleeping, we do it at home anyways. But for when she sleeps before me or naps, I plan on putting her in my luggage with a firm padding swaddled. Is this an acceptable solution?
