wtf is this

so me and my fiancee have been having unprotected sex for a while now but I do have the nexplanon implant(getting it removed the 29th) and he does his thing in me several times a session. I've been getting A LOT of lower stomach cramps and I've been super bloated the past month and a half and my cramps have been insane. I've had spotting off and on like super light pink and some brown. and now today after using the bathroom and I wiped I don't know why I looked but when I looked at the TP I was like I need to take a picture and ask because I have never had discharge like this and don't knew if it's normal. so here's a picture of it. it's clear and has some light pink in it.
