My husband went out and haven’t returned

UPDATE 3* I ran into my husband at my OBGYN office with his new pregnant girlfriend they were walking out as I was going in. He could barely look at me. I filed for divorce already, it’s just a 60 day wait. Until then I’m still in MY house I put more than half down. I plan to sell once completely paid off. I’m beyond hurt because this woman has been an issue in the beginning of our relationship 5 years ago. So of course she’s known about me. It’s taking everything in not to go ballistic and burn every item of clothing of his. Trying to keep my sanity so everything will go my way in court. And no he has not made any contact with me concerning his babies, last text I have is him telling me to leave the house, I’m assuming so he and his pregnant bitch can move in. Please keep me in your thoughts ladies.

Here’s the update. I called the local authorities the following morning after posting this. Also called his mother, he finally called me before his shift began at work last night and told me it’s just not working he wants out! And told me maybe I should leave and go somewhere else. Never saw this coming. We’ve been together a total of 5 years, only married 1.

Our marriage has been good for the most part up until our daughters were born. He did a complete 360. When I ask him for help with feedings, diaper changes, or him to keep an eye on them so I can get a extra hour of sleep or at least a shower he says it’s a woman’s job. Thursday ignored me the entire day. Barely interacted with our babies. Friday morning before coming home he got a haircut and bought new clothes. Played on his game all day, then got dressed and left. I thought eventually it’d be something we could work out but apparently not. My heart is broken. But I’m going to be strong for my girls.

My mom is going to come down to stay with us for a few days until I get everything else figured out. I’m meeting with a lawyer this afternoon so I can just go ahead a file papers.

I also asked the police what I could do if he returns they said since both our names are on our mortgage I can’t put him out or change the locks.

My husband went out Friday night and has yet to return home. I thought something bad could have happened so I called all hospitals and police stations, his mom, friends, and job. An hour ago a coworker of his told me he was in work tonight. I just logged on Facebook and noticed he has me blocked. And I’m also blocked from calling him or his phone is on ‘Do Not Disturb’.

We have 3 week old twins.

I’m not as worried sick anymore I’m actually steaming fucking mad! What should I do? Just leave?
